Start the assessment
What it reviews
The questions cover six areas: lifecycle (whether customer stages mean something consistent), data (duplicates, ownership, field sprawl), automation (overlapping or forgotten workflows), integrations (what syncs, and who notices when it stops), reporting (whether teams trust the numbers) and governance (who is allowed to change what).
The questions adapt to your answers. An ecommerce brand on Klaviyo won’t be asked about sales pipelines, and a B2B team won’t be asked about abandoned carts. Expect 20 to 30 questions and about five minutes.
What you get
You’ll see an overall score straight away, with no email required. If you want the detailed breakdown by area, with notes on what each weak spot usually means in practice, we’ll ask for your email address so we can show and send it.
What it can’t do
This is a self-assessment, not an audit. It only knows what you tell it and can’t see your workflows, data or integrations. A result like “your responses suggest this area may deserve closer review” is a pointer, not a finding.
After the Health Check
If one or two areas stand out, our guide on how to audit your CRM shows how to check them yourself. If several areas look weak, or the results match problems you’re already seeing, a CRM Audit will confirm what’s actually happening and what to fix first.
