CRM Audit

Request a CRM Audit

Tell us which systems you use and what isn't working. We'll read it, reply with a suggested scope and price, and only then ask whether you want to go ahead.

A CRM Audit reviews how your data, lifecycle stages, workflows, integrations and reporting work together, then gives you a prioritized list of what to fix. Audits start from $1,500. The final price depends on the platforms involved, the size of the database and how many workflows and integrations need reviewing.

The form below takes about five minutes. You don’t need to diagnose anything yourself. A sentence like “half our trial sign-ups never get a sales owner and we can’t see why” is more useful to us than a polished brief.

What happens after you submit

We read your request

The person who would run your audit reads it, not a sales team. We reply by email, normally within two business days, with any questions we need answered before we can scope the work.

A short scoping call

We usually book 30 minutes to confirm which systems are in play, what decisions the audit needs to support, and whether anything is urgent. If the problem turns out to be small and obvious, we’ll tell you on the call and you may not need an audit at all.

A written proposal

You get a scope, a fixed price, a timeline and a list of the access we would need. Nothing is charged and no access is requested until you accept it.

Access and kickoff

We ask for the lowest level of access that lets us do the review, preferably a named user or partner seat rather than a shared login. Our security practices explain how access is handled and removed at the end.

Before you fill it in

A few things make the request easier to scope, though none of them are required:

  • the platforms you use for CRM, email or SMS, and ecommerce, plus anything connected to them through Zapier, Make, n8n or custom code
  • a rough contact count (a range is fine)
  • one or two concrete examples of something going wrong, such as a workflow that fires twice or a report that never matches finance

“Unsure” is a valid answer for every question, including budget and engagement type. Many audit requests start with someone who knows something is off but can’t yet say where.

A few sentences is plenty. Specific examples help most, e.g. “new leads sit unassigned over the weekend”.

We only use what you send here to reply to your request and prepare a proposal. Nothing is added to a newsletter. The privacy policy explains how form data is stored and how long we keep it.

Common questions

Do you need access to our CRM before sending a proposal?

No. We scope from your answers and the scoping call. Access is only requested after you accept the proposal, and only at the level the audit needs.

What if our budget is under $1,500?

Say so in the form. We’ll be honest about whether a full audit makes sense. Sometimes a narrower review, a few hours of focused work or the free CRM Health Check is the more sensible starting point.

Will you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. If you’d like an NDA in place before the scoping call, mention it in the form and we’ll sort it out first. A data processing agreement is also available once work begins; see data processing.

Our setup includes tools you don’t list. Should we still apply?

Yes. Tell us what you run, even if it’s a niche industry CRM or a homegrown database. Most of an audit is about how data and rules flow between systems, which carries across tools, and we’ll say plainly if part of your stack is outside what we can review well.

Not sure an audit is the right start?

Send the form anyway and tell us you're unsure, or book a 30-minute consultation instead. Either way you'll get a straight answer about what to fix first.
