A HubSpot portal with sixty workflows can still lose leads. A Klaviyo account with every recommended flow switched on can still send a loyal regular the same win-back offer as someone who hasn’t ordered in a year. In both cases the tool has been set up; what’s missing is an agreed picture of how a customer moves through the business.
That picture looks very different depending on how a business makes money. A plumbing company’s customer moves through a quote, a job and an invoice. A newsletter reader may subscribe for a year before buying anything. So instead of one generic CRM offer, we work from six models.

Find out where your lifecycle is leaking
The CRM Health Check takes a few minutes and shows which areas of your setup may deserve a closer look. No signup is needed to start.
Same method, different lifecycle
The approach doesn’t change between models. We start with what the system needs to know about a contact, define the states that contact can be in, identify the events that should move them, and only then decide what the automation should do and how we’ll measure it. What changes is the content of each step. A “qualified” B2B lead, a “regular” restaurant guest and a “loyal” ecommerce customer are defined by completely different data, and copying one model onto another produces stages the team can’t use.
If you’d like to see how well your own stages are defined before talking to anyone, the Lifecycle Coverage Check walks through the stages for your business model and shows which are automated, handled by hand or not defined at all.
You can read more about how we run that process on the About page, or see indicative costs on Pricing.
